The training course for the comprehensive agricultural insurance system was held with the managers of Jiro and managers of the Agricultural Insurance Fund in Shahriar Hall. During the course, Dr. Kariman, Director of IT of the Agricultural Insurance Fund, stated that Jiro was selected as the developer of the project regarding being the fastest team to introduce the new system. Following the implementation of this project, a training course was held for 3 days and on 8th, 9th and 10th of July 2017 by experts of Jiro Company and its manager directors. The course aimed at training experts from other provinces so that after the end of the course they can handle insurance matters, evaluation and management in the comprehensive agricultural insurance system, and can also, if needed, train and respond to other users' issues throughout each province. On the first day, the course involved pre issuing an insurance policy, insurers management, discount offers, payments, communication management, litigations, claims registry, damage evaluation, revocation policies, Insurance policies and other related issues. Topics on the second and third day involved personnel management, executive factors management, tracking successful deposits, extracts of reports, installments managements, and resolving the learners’ problems through the Q&A panels. Eventually, those who passed a relevant test received a certificate allowing them to hold training courses in their own provinces.
